Infralign collects only the data required to respond to your request and operate this website.

Who controls your data

The data controller is Infralign Smart Solutions Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company number 815072), with its registered office in Dublin, Ireland.

What we collect

  • Your email address, which is required to submit the form.
  • Optional details you choose to provide: your name, company, and an approximate Azure spend band.
  • Attribution data about how you reached us: UTM campaign parameters, the referring page, and the landing page you arrived on.
  • A hashed version of your IP address and your browser user agent, used to protect the form against abuse.

Where your data goes

  • Submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, the storage layer behind this website.
  • A notification is sent through Microsoft Power Automate to our team by email and Microsoft Teams, and a record is added to a SharePoint list in the Infralign Microsoft tenant.

How we use this data

  • To contact you about your request and about Infralign.
  • To understand which channels our enquiries come from.
  • To protect the form against automated abuse.

Subprocessors

We rely on the following categories of subprocessor to provide the website and handle enquiries:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, form storage, and privacy-first analytics.
  • Microsoft — enquiry notifications and record-keeping (Power Automate, Teams, and SharePoint).

Analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic and page performance. It is cookieless: it stores nothing in your browser — no cookies, no local storage — and it does not fingerprint you by IP address or browser user agent.

We also count a small, fixed set of named interaction events using Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine, a first-party counter running on our own domain. The events are: a call-to-action was clicked, the audit form was started, a submission succeeded or failed, a link into our documentation was followed, and a link into our live demo was followed. Each event records only the event name, the page path, a short non-personal context label such as which section a button sat in, and the UTM campaign values from the link you arrived on. It records no cookies, no identifiers, no form values, no email addresses, and nothing that can be linked back to you or followed across other websites. Because these counts are aggregate and non-identifying, we do not ask for consent to collect them.

No third-party analytics, advertising, or tag-management scripts run on this site.

Data retention

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond to you and manage the enquiry, and then remove them.

Aggregate analytics are retained on a rolling window by Cloudflare — six months for Web Analytics, three months for the interaction counters — and contain no personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email [email protected].
