These terms govern your use of this website and the Infralign service. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Infralign is operated by Infralign Smart Solutions Limited, a company registered in Ireland under company number 815072, with its registered office in Dublin, Ireland.

The service

Infralign provides:

• Read-only visibility into your Azure cost and resource data through dashboards, reports, and a chatbot.
• An expert-reviewed audit of where savings are available.
• Expert-led implementation support to help your team ship approved fixes.

Features described as roadmap or planned are not part of the service unless we agree them with you in writing.

Your responsibilities

• You control the Azure access you grant to Infralign and can revoke it at any time.
• You remain responsible for all changes made to your production environment. Infralign does not make production changes without your review and approval through your own process.
• You are responsible for keeping the account details you share with us accurate.

Acceptable use

When using this website and the service, you agree not to:

• Access data or accounts that are not yours.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent the security of the website or the service.
• Use the service in a way that breaks applicable law.

Liability

Infralign provides its findings and recommendations to inform decisions your team makes and approves. To the extent permitted by law, Infralign is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and is not liable for changes applied to your environment by your own team. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
