What you receiveThe bill explained by service, 3 to 5 decisions ranked by benefit, effort and risk, and what to leave alone, and why
Order of reviewWithin the 7 days, engineering sees the findings 2 working days before finance.

If the Pack finds little, you still get the bill explained by service and a clear list of what to leave alone. You owe nothing more.

What the Decision Pack covers has the detection types. The sample Decision Pack shows a finished one.

The Monthly Close keeps the bill explained after the Pack:

  • Cost surprises flagged within 1 working day of showing in the cost data.
  • Budget pace checked weekly.
  • Your Close by working day 5.
  • Renewal options 60 days before expiry.
  • Every saving re-checked on the bill, counted once.

The fee is a fixed fee, never a share of savings. It depends on your estate. Infralign quotes the fee and scope in writing before you buy the Pack, so you know the full cost first.

The dashboards, the monthly report and the chatbot come with the service.

Your team or your MSP makes every change, through your own pipeline. Where the written scope covers it, a senior Azure architect prepares the change plan. See validated fixes for how delivery works and the safety model for the gates around it.

The two Azure roles, Reader and Cost Management Reader, cannot change resources or configuration.

The same method took €750k+ a year off the Azure bill of an Irish energy-tech company. That is one result, not a forecast for your estate. The Pack sizes what your own data supports. Savings measurement methodology explains how a saving is counted.

You revoke Azure access yourself by removing both role assignments. To have the data already collected deleted, write to [email protected], and the deletion is confirmed in writing. Ending the connection has the steps, and the DPA key terms carry the window.
