Status checked 3 August 2026. A roadmap item is not part of the free offer or an engagement unless a later written agreement says otherwise.
Capabilities sit in one of three states:

Live now

The two Azure roles are read-only. The permissions reference lists every action they cover.
Expert-led today

Under an engagement, you retain the production decision, implementation, merge, release, and rollback responsibilities.
